Online orders are packed & shipped within 24-48 hours of the following business day.
Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
You can expect to receive your order within 1-7 days after it has been shipped.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is only available at our retail store in Squamish, BC, Canada.
Local pickup orders will be prepped and ready for you within 24-48 hours.
Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your local pickup order.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is defective (e.g charging port not charging, auto fire issues...etc). We cannot accept items back due to non product related reasons such as change of heart or if another similar product coming out in the market right after you purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
